Supporting retail growth by working with and implementing retail concepts, follow-up on the implementation of concept (how good do we do it), as well as the transfer of know how in working with the concept (on the "shop floor").
Supporting efficient global expansion by working with development and implementation of establishment processes for touch points, as well as the methodology for "certification" (what is important to have in place to open). All in conjunction with the client and their specific needs.
Through my work with establishing new markets with IKEA (ie. Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, Dominican Republic) I have gained experience when entering new markets and I can be used as sparing partner in this area.
Having experience on a number of Boards within non-profit and NGO (high level Sports and Education), both as regular member as well as Board Chairman and Commitee Chairs. I can offer my experience to boards.
I am currently a board member of the CEV, The European Volleyball Confederation as well as board member of THIMUN Foundation, The Hague International Model United Nations Foundation.
